Thanks for that suggestion monnoboy! I've updated the asset to include a bathroom, and can still be acquired for the starting funds. I've also updated to add a couple of upgrade paths, let me know what you guys think!

I haven't tried this mod yet, but what it looks like from the picture there is no bathroom? You should at least add 1 if it doesn't have it.
