With updates to carx and my own knowledge this card has become considerably more optimized. check it out!!

WaterSloth, somehow with last update, i only get 3 fps with overall graphics at low, last time i checked could get to 24 fps, but harugahara pass has the same amount of vegetation if not more, i can run that with 40 fps, i know the limit of this low end gpu of mine (geforce mx250/2GB) but somehow those trees texture, or surface texture take away a lot of fps, since is more texture to render.
