one suit one individual.. That said i belive the EVA suits that are provided on the ISS are a universal fit.
Now the long version. Let's start by asking a few logical questions in favor of such things, shall we?
If you decided to start a new game in Mass Effect as a fem-Shep, would that take away from the immersion at all? What about Star Trek Online? Star Wars: The Old Republic?
As I said, it's a matter of perspective. Personally, I see nothing wrong with female models. I am one, but that's not the reason behind it. It doesn't strike me as strange for a guy to play female characters, and I've heard all manner of reasons behind it. The most popular one I get is, "I'd rather stare at girl ass than guy ass", which that I'll admit IS kinda creepy, but none the less. I'm all for everybody having their own opinion, having the freedom to do what they want to in order to enjoy their time.
Speaking of Star Trek, let's stop and take a look at their environmental suits. Star Trek Voyager, season 4, episode 24 called "Demon". Seven of Nine is seen at one point in the episode as wearing one that's obviously fitted to provide more comfort for a woman. So if it can be done in Star Trek AND not look out of place, who's to say that the same won't be done in the real-life future?
For those of you who read this whole thing, kudos. If you didn't, well... At least the tl;dr version is at the top.
I now remember why i don't read comments
All in all, making a female model space suit strips the game of its realism which makes it that much less enjoyable.
