Are there plans to add overclocking to the 360° shields?

Is this and the original mod compatible? (ie load both or only one)

the small shield worked on his original mod with most recent updates, however the large 360 one did not and is what caused the crash.

Also, this is not particularly important to me but just so you know there might (unless I am misunderstanding something) be a small mistake in the description: It says that the 360 degree shields have increased command point cost, but my game is telling me it's exactly the same as vanilla. Personally I think it's fine this way; an increased power usage makes more sense to me than increased command cost. I mean, if they cover more area they should use more power, right? But who cares. Loving this great mod!

(by 'large shield' I mean 'heavy shield')

Thank you so much for updating this mod! I was disappointed when the original author abandoned it unfinished, but now I can finally have the bubble shields this game always needed!

Out of curiosity, the 360d large shield is, I assume, still like its vanilla counterpart in that it cannot project the shield through solid ship parts? I'm hoping so, for balance reasons, but have not had the opportunity to test yet.

For balance could it possibly be "be projected" from the top of the ship like the deckgun and mining laser?

I tested it and it should work.
The emitted energy field isn't visible, respectively it's layered under your construction but it will work and protect you like normal. Keep in mind that the radius is little smaller like the common shields :)
