This seems to be a base game issue. I sadly have no way of fixing it

Amazing mod! Just having the issue of Tiny Tam refusing to trade, as he keeps asking for cider and I just can't get that to work, as I have the cider spray and enough in it to shoot/spray it, but tiny tam turns hostile every time I do it, any solutions?

There isn't, sadly, though he isn't stocked away either so you should be able to buy him back if you find the merchant again. If you don't, you can always wish in "TinyTam"

What if I happen to forget to whom I sold Tiny Tam? Is there a way to track him down or summon him?

Press ctrl + space and then the proper arrow key to smart interact with Tam, select "deploy" from the menu, then press any direction key. It should place him on the ground as an item, which you'll automatically pick up as you move
