Most of this game's most crucial team recognition's made up from the upper half of the character, which is still very present on Soldier with the massive, brightly-coloured jacket. His coat tails being a darker team colour isn't really going to be an issue, especially in heat of the moment battles.

I feel like it's good so you can know who it is, it's from the other team, I don't see a problem in the dark part.

Making the lower half of the coat an extremely dark navy (possibly black) is not a good idea considering it might screw with team recognition and adds a layer of visual clutter. I think making the shawl collar dark would have been good enough.
