there should be a setting where you can enable other faction raiders can sometimes spawn with the hanged men armor or guns, another idea, that you can enable if the armor and guns needs high research, like the hanged men guns, to precision rifling, and other armor to marine armor or recon armor.

Standard armor is way off in terms of balance. To get to recon armor you need to get a ton of research done. To get standard armor you basically need nothing, it's an early game disproportionate advantage.

no idea tbh i have had that same problem with other armor mods as well when i used CATs i use Dubs one now since you can change the layer level to be either in front or behind whatever hat your wearing

To add, this only happens with the Balaclava Helmet.

Noticed an issue where if the "Show Hair" option is chosen while using [CAT] Show Hair With Hats or Hide All Hats, the hair will be rendered over the helmet. Are there known solutions to this problem?

Honestly it's nice to have some modern / semi-advanced armor sets. A lot add basic modern or full futurism designs.

For some reason this mod modified the defs for vanilla bulelts, specifically for the assault rifle, bolt action rifle and the heavy SMG. This causes the vanilla AR bullets to do ~20 damage per hit.

Is this intentional?

@Peryn [Андрій] Pretty much the standard armor/ helmets is or should be mostly on par with Recon armor with little buffs to Accuracy and medical and accuracy depending on the helmet and the Shock trooper armor and helmets should be on par with marine armor in terms of stats and the Hunter Armor / helmet make you faster and gives a better Accuracy buff but has little armor protection and helmets are pretty sorry for the on the fly example not at home atm.
