Thanks for the feedback! I might try a V2 for Summer, though I did wanna initially try keeping it 1:1 with the Party Hat.

i know its sampled from the party hat directly but I think the secondary would benefit from it using the darker color more than the lighter one, just for contrast purposes

Colors are 100% sampled from the Party Hat to remain faithful to the reference, I kept the textures simple for a similar reason as the Party Hats textures are quite flat.
