homeworld 2 had some interesting space skyboxes, couldn't quite tell whether I was looking at a sunrise, or the center of the galaxy

How do i download this

It's one of the homeworld 2 skyboxes available on the workshop. I can't remember which one it is, but you should be able to search for them

It does in fact have an interior, but the interior does not fill the entirity of this ship. There's a lot of empty space, but there's a makeshift hangar bay and a little command deck and there's piping that leads to stuff.

I'd assume some innards got screwed up when the two ships ignored the electromagnetic force and just phased through each other but still had explosions going on. Then when I tried to stop it they started to clatter around. The weirdest part was that, when the two ships started drifting apart after the crash, I noticed there were a LOT of blast door parts flying away from the ships. They might be the culprits!

@Silent Life That's interesting, I wonder what caused it to do that. I got a nice laugh out of this though, thanks for sharing!

Note to Thomas Foolery:

Ramming two Vaygr Battlecruisers together make interesting results; it caused phantom forces to cause it to accellerate at a massive speed ((for something that heavy, it went to about 90 m/s or something lol)). Then, when I reached the ship that WASN'T spinning out of control and turned on the dampeners, more strange phantom forces happened as explosions went on inside of the ship as it tried to stop, and began to spin. One time, it went from 90 to 50 to 100 m/s in the span of 2 seconds.

After it calmed down after that crazy slow-down attempt, I successfully got it to 0 m/s.

It actually didn't get too damaged! Though, to be fair, the two ships glitched into each other for awhile.

Sucks to be whoever was there though! Anyways, great ship. I hope I can make a nice ship like this timetime in the future.

Theres something about the Homeworld people in Space Engineers. 2 weeks ago I became obsessed with building the Vagyr Battlecruiser.

Then I found this and scrapped my project, this is awesome!

Amazing! After seeing this, I launched HW Complex 9.1 and played for like 3 hours ^^ Great work man! Can't wait till you place those sabot torpedos when they have guidance.

I has a secret devious plan for that big hangar at the bottom, Heck, just the exterior would be amazing, I can do the interior, No patience to make anything big from scratch :)

Y'all crazy ship builders should make tutorials on how to build ships like these, like part 1: how the hell we come up with this shit, part 2: how to build the shell, part 3: how to detail, ect. I am terrible at it. Let me know if you do.

sadly yes and i know this is a very tragic news if youw ere not aware of it as for me cata was my introduction to homewolrd so i am very sad that when barking dog studio got bought by rockstar they lost the code ...
