If you want to spawn the car everywhere, you need to change in settings, that all Cars are available everywhere. I set this mod on purpose that it spawn normally only in Salon since it’s a brand new car.

And I can’t make liverys, got no skills for it lol

Ok, i found it - rear bumper frame, but it still hard to install, you need to make rear bumper installation to be possible only after this frame installed.
