Upscaling the primary texture will remove the busyness that is preventing this from looking its best.

i think the only issue i have with this is that the lines are too thick. maybe if you thin out the lines or zoom the texture out a bit itd better

Unfortunetly, Park Pigmented IS the base. There's really no other options when it comes to a rotation locked skin that includes stickers that isn't Mannana Peeled. And Mannana's sticker placement is just crud

hmmm, I think the problem is that the shutter texture is taking way up way too much real estate on alot of weapons, though im not sure if there's another base that you could use, there's nothing wrong per say, but it could deffo be better than it is now. For example, a base that puts the brown texture on the handles of alot of weapons would even out the composition across weapons.

Using park pigmented may be the way to go

Thin spaced out striped don't work well. IDK what could be fixed since that seems like its core to the design of this.
