I'm curious if you based the primary color on Color No. 216-190-216. Not really a color I've seen worked with often on skins, so you get some points for uniqueness. Other than that, it's pretty good. Maybe find a way to differentiate the primary and secondary colors more; it looks like they have the same pattern.

It's nice, like the fact the black or pinkish white aren't very saturated

It's pretty basic but that doesn't mean it's bad, texturing is well made but it could be good as a very common warpaint so I'd say not to be surprised if people shit on it. Don't let it get you down, it's good.
