fair enough, i assumed they were broken as i didnt notice the odd animations in the thumbnails.

Not broken, just constrained by the pre-coded movement of the Cims. The devs made each Cim have a unique gait and they exaggerated and hyper-feminized the gait of some of the female Cims, the educated female, especially. This is what "pinches" their feet together. The "lowered T pose" is exactly right. The generic models these are made from all come in to Blender with their arms straight out at the shoulders, in the T pose. I move the arms down, but otherwise do not bend them at the elbows. The Cims are tiny, tiny parts of the city and unless you're in first-person view these things are not very noticeable, and even then these things can be ignored much more easily than, say, the default cartoonish Cims wandering around where they look completely out of place. So, use it or do not use it, but it is not broken. Thank you!

these seem to be broken, walking with their hands stuck in a sort of lowered T-pose and their feet pinched together

Thanks for this pack, I hated those default tourists walking around my 50s themed towns wearing purple tank-tops and green cowboy hats
