This definitely needs to be updated. You can't manipulate his right eye when the glowing eye bodygroup is enabled and the rigging on his limbs are also not really that well done. Those bones in the middle of his bicep/thigh and forearms/calves should be treated as twist bones. There's also probably more, but I haven't found them in my time using the model.
