I did and I have done this before in the past but for some reason when I drop it in the second garrys mod folder it doesn't replace the files it just drops them in without replacing.

look at the tutorial video on any of galaxy mods

Quick question why do I not see the wounds and instead they are white pixels? also when I drop the bin and shaders download into the second garrys mod it does not ask me to skip or replace files.

you just dont know how to use them properly.. you probally turn on all bloom effects and anything that sounds "fancy" and get a white image..

i think a version of this mod without shaders can be a good idea, the decals look like very nice

its also getting an update today, might try and fix some old glitches, to the general AB texture of it

and now that it works great work on this addon just thought it was broken
