im not sure, I built this scenario before the eden editor was even developped, maybe it is only there in the 3D editor? but dont count on it :/ If you are looking for more structures/placeables there are many mods in the workshop that can keep you busy ;) hope this helps.

Do you download some module to have the wire obstacle or is it included in Eden? I'm new to Eden and wish to make a firedrill.

Il add that to my to-do list aswell, although there is water near the 700-800m mark from where the sandbags are if i remember

maybe increase Range? upto 1000m and more? Long distance shooting practise would be ideal.

This is really great for someone very new to this game to learn how each weapon is used especailly doing ranged shots learning how to use the rifles. Just maybe you could leave a gaps between the Sand bags where the shooting areas are so can practise Prone shooting.
