The first house I ever bothered building legitimately, without mods or cheats, left me completely fucking broke. Never doing that again, so thank you for this mod.

Can you make a mod so my can buy all the house areas and furnishings so you don't have to build anything?

it worked fine for me, if you have some problems maybe it's because you're using too many mods togheter, or maybe you just changed a file or something like this, try to verify the integrity of the game's cache trough steam.

@Xeroxic - That should be the case, yes. I'd make a save before installing the mod, just in case something goes wrong. Nothing should go wrong, but always make a habit of backing up your save before using any mods.

I already built a house, but if I get this now, will other houses be free to build?

Absolutely fantastic!!! I downloaded this and moved the .esp from Skrim to Skrim SSE and it works flawlessly! If you hate getting stuff to build your hearthfire houses, this is the mod for you.

PSA: This mod works for skyrim special edition if you extract the file to the skyrim SE Data folder

MikaMousuu I had that issue, waited one day went to the mill to the west down the road and was able to complete that quest.

I also enjoyed FINALLY being able to finish one of the homes in less that one session. All the running around looking for parts was a real pain. Though I suppose it was more realistic, but when you have played as much as I have, you just want to get it done.

I don't post my mods to the Nexus, but I appreciate the thought. :)

I built and completed a home without having to buy any materials, but now it's stuck on "Buy logs to build your home." which is preventing me from being able to move my spouse and children into the home. I went to try and by logs to bypass this, even though the home is done, but no mill are letting me.

Hi Will; I hope you are doing fine? I ran into a problem with another mod today. I started building one of the three Hearthfire houses. Everything was there except for something new. Now I need "animal Tallow" (FAT) for any of the candles or the "Sconces" (spelling) on the wall to work. Don't get me wrong; because I love the details he/she has put into the mod for all the wines, dishes, foods, and pretty much everything. I just need that danm animal Tallow for lighting up the place. Can you helpl with this? You have already helped so much as it is; but that Tallow is really needed. I have ran into many types of new animals that have fat; but I guess just not the right one. Thanks again for you mod. I hope you can help us on this one. Thanks.

Great. Had it for a while. ROLEPLAY for me. Rich vampire lord lives in castle, companion, dark brotherhood, runner round skyrim killing every bandit, merchant. Yeahhhh

its great mainly because it took me forever to find and make all of the materials for my first home now i can just make it about 10 seconds... great work keep it up

@ConnorMcfarland66 It's not located anywhere, it's a script for the recipes cost to purchase on homes, that's it, just down load and not worry about getting the materials.

@Lord Of Lightning - This mod should not negatively affect you gaining achievements. In fact, I don't think any mods prevent achievement gains in Skyrim.

Does it effect (affect? not to sure) gaining achivements?

@NMDovahkiin - As far as I know, yes. All my mod does is reduce the cost of all "recipes" to nothing. Be sure to create a backup save, in case something goes wrong, but this mod doens't touch any systems, just the recipe requirements.

So, I started building the falkreath house, if i get this mod will it still be able to work?
