no it wont work with any new technology mod as both mods modify the same file. you might ask R56 if they want to integrate SHBB II into their mod

no, both mods modify common\units\equipment\ship_hull_heavy.txt so they are not compatible
you could ask uttnh if they want to integrate the shbb II into their mod
