Yep, this just adds a flat bonus for troop experience gain so you can use it with Warbands.

It's incredible how hard this was to find. I'm hoping it's compatible with Warband Upgrade Ultimate? I want to use this for some shenanigans with factions other than Chaos Warriors.

I'm not actually sure if it will affect things like training from agents or other sources... But it does work for battles.

As I understand it, it only works after a battle, but is there any passive way to gain experience

Just units. I couldn't really get my separate mod for agents and lords working the way I wanted.
