This just means a file got corrupted when you restarted/shutdown your PC. Try the following:
- Unsubscribe from the wallpaper.
- Close wallpaper engine and give steam 10-20 seconds or so to uninstall the wallpaper (it doesn't uninstall if you don't close wallpaper engine)
- Try to subscribe to it again.

I love this wallpaper. Only the audio visualizer is too.... present... for my taste. Maybe you could make a alternate version with subdued blinking eyes and mouth of the pumpkin.

Anyways... even with disabled audio visualizer this wallpaper is really, really awesome
