Did further testing and edited my comment, new tributaries are randomly rebelling, re-subjugated starting tributaries are not.. I have 0 idea how this works, maybe it's just finicky with the tributary type of vassal. You think grabbing one of those mods that lets me do puppet states instead of tributaries would break your mod?
Just need someone to make one of these for Rome II and one for three kingdoms and I'll be able to justify vassals in all the total war games, Thank you for your hard work over here!
I've been looking for a mod that does the Fudging Vassal thing of preventing vassals of rebelling in this game for forever and am hyped at the prospect.
