The item I lost was when I had a 5 slot ship that I turned into a 4 slot ship. It was permamently installed and I guess I wasnt near an equipment dock. Learning as I go :)

And well, patrol ships aren't exactly known for their enormous cargo capacity, aren't they? xD

Oops, didn't even know that can happen, i though they just become "blocked", just like when blocks get destroyed and your ship slips under the processing limit because of the damage, interesting.
