In our other communications about the Czech Veterans Day event we feature the shot with the ACR_A3 mod assets, whose creators we've contacted beforehand.
Quite the opposite - the first version of the screenshot in announcement and on Workshop page is the one with vanilla US parade uniforms and guns. The second version is the one with Czech uniforms and guns from ACR_A3 mod - it was included in updated announcement and forum thread, but for some reason it stayed on the Workshop page.
This is not a DLC, is a mod, an official mod made by community that bohemia selected... having +3k hours in the game and not knowing that o posting that comment is just ridiculous
Unfortunately, after Jay Crowe left BI Arma series was facing an inevitable decline. Questionable decisions were made, regarding development direction. First, we started to see slow decrease in CDLC quality. Then reforger dropped. It still gathers 600 ppl tops in primetime which is laughable, nonetheless. I do really hope that majority of BI employees are now engaged in Arma 4 production and that they will create something impressive, because otherwise community is fcked...
Czech army CZ P09 never use. Now use CZ P10
This is why I don't respect modders. Their entire work is built off of open source software and assets, yet they are the most onerous kunts on the internet. I understand they sunk alot of time, and probably money into making this stuff... but at the end of the day, its a mod. And more than that...
It's a hobby. Praise isn't enough, you gotta repsec thare authoritay, otherwise they're gunna throw a bitch fit and pull their mod off the internet or get their friends to all join in and call you mean names.
I don't even know the details of this particular shitstorm: I might be eating my foot here. But it's not just this, I see it EVERYWHERE.
