This is a very well done item, and i think it would make a great addition to the game. Furthermore, it would be really awesome if valve adds this in as a tribute to Robin Williams (as the designer obviously wants it to be) and include something about that in the description of the hat.

Being non-American, I couldn't ever know Robin's relation to American troops, so a reference to that would be impossible from my part. Loosevelt refers to Soldier's wicked way of thinking (him being "loose"). Last but not least, I wanted to do a distinctive tribute to our beloved R.W., (due to copyrigth etc) but also to cross the bounds and create a generic good looking TF2 cosmetic.
