It makes the HRE actually have style in the interface and makes you as emperor feel powerful.
Give you the feel like you are the head of this confederation in a council.
Just wish it would adjust for the 8th elector. but how rare it happens i dont mind it that much
Sadly there isn't a way to only change the UI after an 8th elector is unlocked. So the only option would be to shift everything to the left and have an empty spot which I don't think is good enough trade off.
Also now that I check I don't mind the 8th not having a banner behind it (although there is a hint of copium in that statement)
