i just used a discord bot's page screenshot command. even it could see the page just fine
oh, and there's a comment and an award on one of the later entries, so it seems to be a problem on your end

You can, but we can't, the Steam server knows you from we. None of others are accessible. Setting with Private means we can't see it while you can and Friends if I recall right.

i opened my portal 2 workshop in the browser (im not logged in there) and i could see the maps so idk what you're talking about

Yes they are, it took me months long until somebody told me that's the case you aren't seeing it because it is your own Profile.

Oh Private setting, I had that mistake myself; correct that and we can get in for the other maps in this series.
