The Mod Info dont say anything. AI now spawn more? or different? or have any other tactics? just say "its better, trust me"

Thanks for setting this up, @Garbhus! The AI in Coh3 is SUBSTANTIALLY worse than in CoH1, and absolutely any improvements whatsoever would be appreciated! Great job!
