As off September 28 , 2025 YES it does WORKS , instructions
1.-install/subcribe
2.-enter game
3.- go to workshop and enable
4.- RESET game (all the way outside not just title screen)
5.- LOAD game
WARNINIG : it will show mod will disable achivments ETC . but they will trigger.

Enjoy.

Still seems to work, turned it on with a few other mods, got warnings but when I leveled up to level 60 i still got the achievement in game and on steam.

Does this still work?

Achievements are still unlockable as well as free difficulty coefficient since I unlocked an achievement relating to it. I don't know if it works for skill inheritance since the prompt also warns about them and I did not test.

Doesn't work... I just wanted to try out the other achievement stuff, ah well... guess i have to do another playthrough to unlock them...

I tested this and it works! at the start it said I won't get achievements~ but I sitll did! tested on a fresh save playing nightmare and sleeping through a few days! got 4 achievements pretty quick.

stopped working after the release, still getting the achievement locked message when mod is enabled
