It's a really hella cool idea. I would suggest creating an alternative version with 'SKIN NOT FOUND' in all caps as the main focal point. This would help emphasize the concept of breaking the fourth wall between the player and the design. Additionally, I don't think the counter-terrorist logo fits perfectly on a grip. Maybe something more related to the glitch concept could work even better.

I remember finding a lot of inspiration in the 'Watch Dogs' artbook, especially their glitch-related ideas.
