I'm not sure what you're getting at. The images were 1024x1024 at most. If you want, feel free to message me if you've got an idea. You can also access the vpk file to see what's up

What is textures' resolution for her model?

I think I did a lot of Edit Mode -> Mesh -> Clean Up -> Limited Dissolve while avoiding the face as much as possible. Let me know if there's a better way. Basically it needed less vertices in order to compile
