Otherwise, yeah, you'd have to rip the 3d asset, remove the base in Blender, and re-export in Unity (or some similar process). Or perhaps if there's a base-less stripped down figure in Blacklace, you could build it back up by adding the right accessories.
Because in the title of my work and on the models there are the words “Hero Forge”.

Just right-click on the figure and select "custom"
in the window that opens, copy the link and paste it into the browser
You will download a 3d model!
Then you just look for places that provide printing services in your city with a 3d printer and give them this model to print it out!
In Moscow, any figure will be printed for 1.5 $+-
