I think this mod is broken. The scavengers spawns are normal for me, I'm not getting the hordes that I expected.

the overseer in question:

they can't function in zero gravity, and the only creature dens are in unfortunate development or taken by inspectors

i think you should add some to five pebbles (make them spawn out of creature dens instead of the offscreen)
