Major update:

- No more perk icon duplication on mod reloads
- Converted Une...uncessary roughness perk to UnitReactions
- Moved the needed pics/icons to the UI folder to eliminate some warnings
- Old portrait and body still available in /UI/old_UI

... aaand here I am fully aware of the serious fashion faux pas with his socks and shoes (not to mention the practicality), but I actually like it, it's very Bubba, so it stays. So say we all.

Also, which voice is used? Custom, IMP-male01 or one borrowed from another merc?
