but saying someone would be forgotten is not respectable. in a note to tell someone what is to be done, you did so rudely.
if you want to tell someone to, ask properly, instead of being crude.
This is genuinely the point I stated previously, everyone isn't even reading what I said and just assuming I'm for some reason saying the addon is the most terrible thing in the world (I never said that)
I simply told the creator they should ask for permission and provide model credits, thats not hard, even I did it on something as massive as my god damn Prop Pack which has a massive list of credits and doesn't have a single thing that I'm not allowed to port.
Many are doing this, giving me double standards, saying I should leave when arguably the people who witch hunt me in the comments are worse, you're spending your life making sure to yell at some dude on the internet for something you're interpreting as negative. Thats all you've been doing, its genuinely sad.
It doesn't even relate to what I said, I specifically stated you gotta get permission to port things and should always put credits, is that bad? Is it because you don't understand that sometimes you should worry about more then yourself when porting?
i try to search the names but it didn't work. tried to search for them in the addon browser.
and uh... yea.
and that sour attitude doesn't change much.
truth hurts yes, but instead of putting such vitriol here, put this drive into making great art. besides, even if i fail or make mistakes, i still want to see others succeed.
and if all this does vanish, then take pride in knowing such, because you effectively are correct.
if you are wrong, so be it.
i am an honest man, so if you are bothered by this, tell me
Did you even ask for permission to do this?
Both of these are requirements for porting you should always follow, else your entire catalog of workshop content will one day vanish, like most of the FNaF stuff from back in 2015-2016 on Gmod.
The truth is hard
