someone wanna explain why the engine RPS goes down extremely fast when i go up

dude what am i missing it literally wont go up and sometimes the turny thing (not the blades) get locked up so i cant go forward and back

Also, not trying to bring this down, I love this! It seems like a design flaw to not be able to open the back doors from inside.
