Never mind, I was using it incorrectly lol
It seems it's not only a limiter, but an enforcer as well
If lower than 60 fps, it makes the game slower, which kind defeats the point
Still, I can have some joy of using around 40 fps, somewhat I good trade

Underappreciated mod!
Reducing max FPS is great for making FPS more consistent
Made my game much smoother, thanks!

Could have a toggle to allow for FPS beyond 60 with a warning perhaps?

Sure, but expect odd things to happen if the game runs at more than 60 fps

Could you update this so the FPS cap can go up to 144 for higher refresh rate monitors?
