I will use it when I reinstall eu. After playing Voltaire, I couldnt return any other mod. I grow tired tweaking myself all the things I want. Your mod have magnificent ideas, I like it.

However be aware that his mod has values for Vanilla game and not for Voltaire nightmare. So it might be unbalanced as VN as way more development and province than vanilla

It is working as his mod is using hidden event to reorganize development inside a country and me just global debuff for very small nation. So you can run both without problem i think @aqua
