Thanks r for letting me know. I have this one on my phone too. One of my favs. What you can try is first open the WPE app and select the Annie WP and then near the bottom of the screen you should see a tab you can slide upwards...once you do, you will get extra options. Go down to were it says Alignment and pick Free. you should then be able to move her around vertical as well as zoom in and out. So you can make it so the bar stays out side of your screen i'm hoping. Let me know if it works.

I love this wallpaper but when I import it to my phone, there is a gray bar at the top that bobs up and down with the background :(

My phone is a Sony Xperia 1 V with a resolution of 1096x2560 so this probably happens because it's way taller than most phones. It's fine on my Windows gaming laptop though.
