i did yea i followed the tutorial and the lakes are empty

Yeah if you guys want a hand at all then jump on Discord and we'll talk you through it. Regarding not being able to get water to work, we haven't seen that issue our end. Have you installed the required Arma Realistic Map Assets mod?

The method which we use is super easy. It took about 10 minutes to get the map in game and then I spent maybe 2 hours on the towns and other stuff while watching a movie. If you want a hand then let me know and we can show you how to do it.

How do easy was it to make this map or any map for that matter? im always trying to figure it out but all guides seem to be duds or outdated

Yeah I agree. I'll think about getting some more stuff put on it in the near future now that I have way more knowledge of how this all works.

To be honest...
Sadly the map currently is a bit barren as it is, with a lot of stuff like houses and even an entire airfield and port missing.
although I do see some potential, and noticing as this is one of your first maps I'm really looking forward to seeing this one in particular improve. I think the island IRL looks really cool and it'd be an awesome place to make some missions on.
I really do hope you come back to this map and improve it!

I completely agree. I never would have even attempted this without it. It is not being appreciated nearly as much as it deserves.

GameRealisticMap Studio has got to be the best Arma tool ever created, I'm loving the amount of new terrains we're getting. Great work
