I read they were only introduced in 2014. But looking deeper, I see the Russians had five pre-production Su-34s in 2009. So I suppose I can add them in the next patch.

No idea, sounds like it could be a DRO issue, but I don't know how their scripting works. Could be related to my custom editor subcategories.

When using DRO helicopter insert it always uses a future helo with 8 seats. Is there a way to change this?

The "ChDKZ" Officer Cap would fit the part imo, though it does lack any national insignia. as for the bandolier, perhaps one of the CDF belts could fit?

No, they're equipped like Russians in 2009. As I said a few comments down, I may do a "circa Arma 2" version of the AFRF, it's on the todo list.

I can take a look in the hats list and see if there's something more suitable for an officer, problem is CUP didn't really have a whole bunch of options. And I'll see if I can cut down the inventory load so they don't need bandoliers. Might have to remove some magazines or something for that though.

In addition to the last comment, would it be possible to give the Russian officers perhaps a beret or a patrol cap so that they don't have to wear an Ushanka everywhere they go? Aswell as maybe taking away the Arma 3 bandolier they wear

Is the "Russian Armed Forces (Flora c.2009)" faction equipped like it's Arma 2 counterpart? (AK-107 instead of AK-74 etc.)?

There were no helmets with Flora camo in CUP (except some old Sh68 or something), that's why they're using green ones.

Faction equipment is based on real-world info I was able to find. Couldn't find any evidence of the Russian forces using kobra sights circa 2009. If you can show me some, I'll update the faction to include it.

I could maybe do a "circa Arma 2" version too at some point, but it won't be a priority.

You think you could add russian special forces to this? there are some russian multicam uniforms and the special forces helmet with the russian flag that are unused by cup, with that you could do something like that

Base mod is required. It has functions and config stuff that all the mods use, for example the resupply system. Copying into every version of the mod would probably cause problems and also bloat the file sizes unnecessarily.

Individual unit randomization (uniform, vest, etc) can be turned off the same way as BI's vanilla randomization; by setting the variable BIS_enableRandomization to false for individual units, or by setting the mission variable disableRandomization to 1 to disable it globally. Editing a unit's loadout also disables randomization. If you don't like the random weapons, you can simply use the non-random classes.

Not bad, only thing i dont like is randomization
