I think it was the elite and mercenary expansion mods. I uninstalled those and everything is working great!

Sorry to hear. I tested it and it worked. But I update the Mods, put some out and in, so try it with the updated Collection again. and here the Load Order for the important mods:

Everything is working fine, except all the troops are naked lol. Do you know what causes this? Haven't added any mods outside this collection
