So it is possible. Fascinating; I had an idea to do this as a way to give characters unique variant sprites to stand out a bit more and have cross-class consistency for each player character (hair colors, certain outfit details, etc)

What are the limitations of this system, regarding stat changes, sprite selection, etc?
