apparently i fixed it by re-rendering it DaVinci Resolve the downside is that its now almost 4GBs and also set it up as it's own wallpaper but that was not hard

Not entirely. I tested my lower settings laptop, and have the same exact problem. However, it is not on my high end PC desktop

after looking into a bit and comparing this and 2k and i noticed that the in the 4k video it does not entirely start at the very beginning which is causing the off sync and idk if it's my computer doing that but the whole thing runs smoothly even at max settings it's just the video starting at the wrong spot

for some odd reason the music is off sync from the video idk if it's just me
