It might be nice to have the option of really cementing relations with them and forming a coalition before going after the Claim Jumpers, since for me, they declared war on the Jumpers while still being at odds with me over territory disputes.
Might be fun to have Foragers interfere with the Navajo, and force them down the "To Kill a God" path where they betray Caesar. Sounds like the kind of thing they'd do if they had access to Cipher tech and territory, and considering what a pain getting through the Ciphers is, a good reward for not doing Op. Claw might be increased political power in the form of influence over the Navajo.
Ciphers declared war on me before I got to Turn Back On the Lights, and I beat them without Operation Claw, which means... I have to kill Porter for a war that's already over.
Otherwise you lock people out of Operation Denver etc.
It's already 2278, and the other event has to be done before jun 2276, so basically, I have to find a reload about 2 years back, which doesn't exist, and this game is basically over unless I want to continue without a research slot, killing one of my commanders... etc. etc.
Also a little weird is that if you finish Operation Claw, the description of the event changes to "Edward Posey Dies.
They only declare on you if you're not in their faction though, so if you never joined the NCR then they have no reason to not attack you, the don't forcibly declare war on you...only get a war goal.
Thanks, nice mod.
As it stands the only compatibility issue the mod has with almost any other mod is just that the nation colors don't change properly when another mod changes colors too, but other than that it's fine.
The Rockies Enclave appears solely as an enemy, since if you unify with them their name becomes Wyoming Territories and they don't get all the Enclave techs and become your puppet. The Rockies Enclave itself is basically a releasable boss that will try to fight you 2 years after it's formation.
You can still take over the Rockies Enclave though later and then puppet them and they become Rockies Company.
Are you just supposed to wait for an event to fire after you spare them?
You can also form Mesa Rangers if you do Operation Claw by puppeting the Ciphers during the event chain.
You can form Rockies Enclave (as a foe) by sparing the Enclave in Colorado Springs instead of executing them.
You can also form Little America / Wyoming Territories and become United American Republic the same way you get Rockies Enclave but just picking a different choice.
