Is it possible to add a Chinese description to the module?

在查看植物注册表时，为作物和肥料的养分增减添加数字。

更新日志：
- 修复了肥料页面上的数字在滚动时消失的问题
- 修正了错误数字

- Fixed numbers on fertilizer page disappearing when scrolling
- Fixed wrong numbers for Wurt's Fertilizzzer

The numbers on the fertilizer screen vanish when you scroll. It doesn't seem to happen for plants, though, weirdly enough.
