when using this mod with Terraria Overhaul, there is a conflict which causes bullet casings to not despawn. i wrote a fix for this should anyone else have this niche issue.

you have to download the source from github, its in the description scroll up
after ur done editing weapon damages u need to put it in
C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\ModSources
it should look like this

make sure the mods file name is just InsurgencyWeapons
it should show up when you click workshop > develop mods, ingame tmodloader. build + reload and make sure its enabled in ur mod list.

in Insurgency.cs there's the method WeaponScaling, in that method edit the modifier field to your liking

I've been trying to edit the weapon damage because i think most do WAY too little, especially the likes of the G3 for instance. Please can you help me out because i keep getting errors and can't figure out why for the like of me.

Huh? I don't think you can change that in game. Can you explain better? I made it so the VOG deals 10 times the weapons damage, if you want to increase it, buff your ranged damage

Is it possible that the gun sprite can move not only straight sideways but also up and down, as well as another idle animation where you always aim the gun or maybe you aim the gun once you've fired the gun at least once? The Overhaul Item Animations mod is my inspiration for both of these.

I'd like to upload the mod for private use between my friends & I with the damage changes, but I have errors when I try changing the file name saying it doesn't match other files. I feel stupid asking this but could you list the files that need name changes for the mod to function? Thank you
