I just mean like other units that have more than one person but can also use abilities, I'm not a modder but I made one mod for this called Plus Brown War Bears, it just mixes in brown war bears with the white ones, but the only way I could do it is because they already have brown war bear models, I was wondering whether you were doing something similar with like eagle bolt throwers idfk lmao, cause their switching ammo

unless I'm missing something, yeah that's the only way I could do it, can you give me an example of a unit that you call "multi-unit" to check it out? cause I'm not sure I understand what you meant

ohh hell yeah if it's got its own stats and doesn't interfere with what you can equip then that's interesting, why wouldn't you be able to switch ammo with the other sister tho? bc there are lots of multi-unit units that do that regularly with different abilities, do you gotta do it from scratch for the sisters for some reason? hence the "officer"? lol

yeah the officer I refer to is one of the sisters, because that was the only way I could make this mod work, the only other way would require custom animation files, and idk how to do that, so the workaround was creating an officer that looked like one of the sisters

The officer? like the second sister in the "army block" of their 2 man unit? or the first legendary hero they hire? or do you mean we can give this weapon to the officer? lol. To answer that question tho between the two, for a single, small legendary lord I'd prefer them to have aoe projectiles. Sorry I'm high rn

the weapon would be for the officer, the officer at the moment is using the sisters bow weapon, and its default projectile is talon of dawn(the single target one), the ammunition choice to switch to talon of dusk is only available in the UI for a unit or lord, and there's no way to have it affect the officer as well, so I was wondering what people want more, AOE or single target for the officer

Custom weapon would take up a slot for a different weapon, I wouldn't like it, I'm sure others would find it a bit annoying too

I could make a custom weapon with talon of dusk as its projectile, so Arahn will always shoot the aoe type of arrows, but idk what people would like more.

Okay updated it, it was something I forgot to edit back when I was testing something. Also no more issue with the campaign model, when loading a map and returning or reloading the save, the 'ghost' characters will disappear after changing to the foot 'mount' option. This time around Naestra will be the one showing up in campaign.

I can't do anything about Naestra shooting the arrows you tell her to in battle but Arahan shooting the talon of dawn, because choosing the ammunition type doesn't affect her, because Arahan is considered an officer in order to make this work. There is a way to make both legendary lords show up and have all their abilities and none of this mount and officer workaround nonsense, it's what I tried the first time but quickly realize it was a mess without proper animations for them now that they were on foot. So I had no choice but use an existing animation and an officer that will copy it.

I'm getting the same bug as Space Jazz: In battle there are 2 Arahans and no Naestra. No clue why.

I'm just noticing this now, I can see two of the same sister in battle, the white haired sister, Arahan. Naestra is not there, but in campaign I can see both of them in the same body. (I know you mentioned the bug where on campaign they leave behind a shadow, but it comes back for some reason? idk).

Hard enough that I completely forgot the method, all I have is PTSD memories of going back and forth between the rpfm tool and the game to see what new wonder I had created, and spent a few days on this one mod just constantly going back and forth trying to figure out a workaround to make them be on foot by default, not screw up their model in campaign and give them their mounts back as options despite one of them being the default....idk what sort of black magic I did but I figured it out in the end.

No coding was involved in it, just the tables.

As for the unit card and porthole looking wrong,I fixed it, turns out the general portrait in unit custom battle permissions table was changed after an update and I didn't realize.

I'm curious, I love this mod and was hoping the devs would do this originally but "too hard" (bs... anyway) how hard is it actually? I can't imagine it's any easy for just one person but in terms of coding in general what is it like?

so my result is different from yours, because I ran the mod on its own, so a mod you have is probably making it worse, but yeah this needs to be worked on but I don't have the time right now, but I will eventually look into it

yeah I have no idea wtf is going on

the unit card turns into a giant question mark, the portrait in game is karl franz, and the unit card is a golbin spearmen....but hey....the sisters are fine and on foot so....lol

the update messed something up real bad, so idk why my mod isn't working right anymore

Any fix for this on Skirmish? when i try picking the no mount, the icon goes placeholder empire unit and when in-game the lord vanish, making the army leaderless lol

Yeah, there's a weird bug where Arahan shoots the dawn missile if she's not moving.

Great mod. Is it intentional that Arahan fires her arrow of dawn when multishot is selected? It looks like they both fire dawn arrows on that setting, but only Naestra fires the dusk volley when it's selected on foot.

i've notcied that in skirmish vs AI the sisters when they are ai are invisble when on foot idk about when you control them but is it a bug or is it on my end?

The Elf mod that I made is the main one and from it I deleted everything that didn't involve the Sisters in order to make this one. It seems I missed that table and never noticed.

Hi li๖ērtคŞ,

I'm the creator of this mod here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3261922420 and I noticed that our mods are incompatible to each other. No matter the load order, yours overwrites my changes every time. I've been asked to ask you whether you are willing to help make these mods play nice with each other. I've done some quick testing and it seems the easiest solution would be for you to delete the entry "faction_tables" in your mod. It doesn't seem to affect the functioning of your mod, and this way you would also make it compatible to every other re-color mod for the Heralds.

Alternatively, if you prefer and allow it, I could fork your mod and make it compatible myself, one way or another, while referencing to your original. Or, you could fork your mod yourself and incorporate my changes, if you want. Just drop a quick link to my original mod then, please.

just one thought - Naestra's "enhancement" looks a little unnatural to me. Is it possible to revert this to some extend? Arahan looks gorgeous (I guess she was edited as well)

after some testing it seems to work without an update. (known "clone" bug remains)
Ceithin-Har's quest battle COULD cause issues, didn't test that one yet.

Version-update is still much appreciated as you see fit.

If you read the description you will see how I describe this as a mount option, that means it 1 of many, so yes you do still have access to all the other mounts.

Decided to not do Thorgrim on foot because it never happens in table top and lorewise you could justify it in some extreme circumstance(end times) but it is not how he fights, so I won't do it
