Report a translation problem
I've been looking forward to playing it ever since it was uploaded, and yet a majority of the game's players still can't launch it due to the whole "fatal error">to game crash sequence.
Hoping the best for you, mr. mod-maker, but PLEASE, when you can - could you look into figuring out what the hell is up with the issue?

Wow, it's really been 6 months already...?
For most of this year I've been dealing with my personal life and struggling to get motivation to work on any projects, including this one. But now I'm focused on making Devil's Anvil functional and fixing previous bugs.
Also working on improving on the design; rework of the Hub area, new item spawns and lockers, item/trap randomisation, and properly implementing options from NG+. These changes will also take time as I learn about them, so hold tight.
I promise though that this custom story will get fixed... Thank you for your patience.
I only now stumbled upon the user-made fix by fellow players in the current discussion thread regarding the mod not working (and will try it out), but I'm bumping the front page so that you, fellow mod makers, can see this and get to fixing the mod.

It's a series focused on Rebirth custom stories but it applies to the Bunker pretty well. The only necessities it doesn't cover are soundscapes/sound occlusion and main bunker mechanics (savelamps, generator, seamless map transitions, the monster, etc.). some real documentation on those would be nice. but give this a shot and see how it goes...

someone else mentioned going outside and dying to the soldiers as you flee but I killed all of them so noone can kill me Im just kinda breakdancing in the crossfire.
SPOILERS AHEAD
Would like to report that it's possible to bypass the whole story completely to the end by accident if the stalker happens to break through a way into communications for the player. This happened to me.
On a more negative note, I think even terrible french accents would easily outdo the current voice acting in this. Maybe pay some poor kid on Fiverr a few bucks to give it a shot next time.
Also, I died like 30 times during the outside portion of the game... makes sense because I'm terrible with generic FPS titles.
For the Fan Jam we all had a month and a half to work with, so lots of time to get this one out.
Spending the time to learn how to mod this game for 2 months prior really helped - probably wouldn't have this ready for submission without it!
The unique way to get the code and the very scarce resources.
I do think some of the dead ends could have been decorated better. Rubble dead ends could have been a lot more unpassable, because right now I feel like I could have passed them. And just hallway dead ends could have had cupboards or crates. Certain rooms felt incredibly empty.
Well, the criticisms arent terrible because I did play a Amnesia The Bunker that was at least worth 30% of the base game. Which is really good.
How long did it take to make this?
there was some missing textures by the exit for me and lockdown was bypassble via a side door?
fuel placement you get some at the beginning and some at the very end the fuel at the end seems a bit...... pointless? as at that point its just a mad dash to the end

Most of the Halloween Update content has not been implemented yet but the custom story should be in a playable state – look forward to more improvements in the near future.
- If your mod had new items in it or playerstates, it is now broken because they added the fuse.
- If your mod had new modules in it, it's now broken because another module was added.
- If your mod changes anything to the MenuHandler, it's now broken.

If I had one real criticism though it would be that there's not enough fuel, not on hard at least. I dunno if there's randomisation, if there is then I guess I just got unlucky. I only found the 3 fuel in the safe room and the extra 2 in communications, which both ran out really quickly and meant I basically had the play the entire level in the dark.
That's not a huge deal in itself, the level is perfectly navigable in the dark. But it just made the generator feel pointless since I could hardly make use of it.
There was just one problem i had. While the monster chased me into the save room it destroyed the desk and the Save Latern so i had to play without saving. I didnt even know that this was possible, even checked if there are parts of the Latern anywhere but it was just gone.
