Correction. It was finished but I never actually made it final. I've just done that so it's open for scenarios to be made. I'll spend a few hours making at least 1 scenario for it ( i need a break from the route I.m building anyway)

Hi Cyclone. I forgot all about this route. it was a little filler while I decided what to do next. I think it is final but I didn't make any scenarios for it.

Is this ready for a final version tag? I think BHBP (latest version at ATS) includes this route in the network, but also has requirements for stuff purchased or subscribed for at ATS, so having the standalone as a final version here for rail tour type scenarios (or even what if situations running the 158 to Kingswear on a modern timetable) would be nice in the Workshop.
