@bubby I think there is, I am diging through ever Cinematic Mod version remaining on the internet and trying to find it. However if there isn't I'll try my best to make such patch myself.
P.S. Does the existence or absence of this hole bothers everyone so much? I was just happy to recreate one of the most well-known Episode 1 screenshots on the web-search, not pointing to the HOLE hahaha =)
